1) What type of products Fruitful Baskets are selling?

Fruitful Baskets is not selling perishable goods online. The company name is just an analogy, a figure of speech of one's general life; 'baskets' represents needs and wants; while 'fruitful' means provided, supplied, abundant or answered in a sustainable way.

2) How can I make an order?

Simply click the product/s of your choice or you want to buy in the store to place an order, then add to your cart, once you're done selecting, click checkout and make your payment. Unfortunately for now, we don't accept pre-orders, but we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to keep you updated for new release items and promos.

3) How can I pay? Is my details secure?

Upon checkout, there available options on how you can pay your orders - either using your credit cards or through PayPal. Don't worry, your details are secured. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details about privacy of information.

4) How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Before checking-out your order, make sure that you have already make up your mind about the items, you can change the items as many as you want as long as the items are still in your cart; however, once you already checked-out and paid your items, you can no longer change it within that transaction. And we cannot change the items you just placed just because you change your mind. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

5) When can I expect to receive my order?

For domestic shipment (this is when the product's supplier is within where you live or placed your order), the standard lead-time should be 2 to 3 business days; however, for international shipment (this is when the product's supplier comes from different country), it may take 2 to 3 weeks before you can receive your items. Please refer to Shipment Policy for details.

6) What do I do if I received a defective order?

To prevent this hassle, never sign-off the 'Proof of Receipt' from the delivery man without inspecting the packaging of your order first, make sure that everything about the packing and the seal is intact; then, once you signed-off the 'proof of receipt' at your end, any damaged from shipment will no longer be our responsibility but yours.

If the defect is from the product functionality or a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to manage this matter appropriately.

7) How do I do make sure I order the right size?

For product/s that require sizing, please carefully check or find out your correct size first before adding the product to your cart, any incorrect sizes you've checked-out will not be refunded or exchanged solely for such reason. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

8) How to return defective products? Will I get a refund?

9) How will I know if the product is safe to use?

For any product/s or items you purchased online, once received, make it a habit to make sure to read the product labels and follow the product instructions to ensure your safety and proper use.

10) What do I do if I never received my order?

For products or items purchased online, due to its differing supplier's or vendor's origin and shipment handling, the standard lead-time before you take action should be after 2 to 3 weeks, beyond this lead-time, please email your claim with your proof of purchase to happi.momentos@gmail.com for us to take action accordingly about your order.
